Improving Health Properties of Food by Sharing our Knowledge on the Digestive Process


  • INFOGEST organizes 1 to 2 workshops per year where people involved in the different WGs can meet and discuss the ongoing work made to reach the objectives.
  • INFOGEST organizes the International Conference on Food Digestion every two years. The next ICFD7 will take place in Cork (Ireland) on the 3-5 May 2022.
  • INFOGEST also organizes training schools.
  • INFOGEST is willing to stimulate the cooperation between parties by funding staff exchanges
